Our Process

From Blank Sheet
To Branded Box

Every custom packaging box we ship travels through six controlled stages — design, material selection, printing, finishing, die-cutting and delivery — so what reaches your customer's hands is exactly what left your mood board.

Custom packaging is a manufacturing process, not a single deliverable. Turning flat kraft or corrugated board into a finished branded box takes structural design, the right paper stock, accurate CMYK or spot-color printing, a finishing treatment that matches how the box will be handled, precise die-cutting, and a delivery plan your team can rely on. Below is exactly how a box moves through our factory floor, from the first sketch to the shipment at your door.

Step by step

The Six Stages of Every Box

A fixed sequence, checked at every hand-off, so nothing about your packaging is left to chance.

01
Stage One

Graphic Designing of the Box

Every box starts as a structural dieline, not a picture. Our designers build the 2D-to-3D layout around your product's exact dimensions, then design the artwork, typography and brand elements on top of it — so what you approve is a true mockup of the finished box, not a flat render.

  • Structural dieline & 3D mockup
  • Brand-aligned artwork and layout
  • Revision rounds before approval

Stage Two

Choosing the Right Paper & Board

The design decides the material, not the other way round. We match paper weight, board type and roll stock — kraft, duplex, SBS, corrugated flute — to what the box actually needs to do: retail shelf presence, shipping protection, or both.

  • GSM and board type matched to load
  • Eco-friendly and recyclable options
  • Sampled before bulk production
03
Stage Three

Printing of the Box

Approved artwork moves to press using offset or digital printing, with CMYK plus spot colors where exact brand-color matching matters. Every run is checked against registration marks and a color proof before it's cleared for the next stage.

  • Offset & digital printing
  • Pantone / spot-color matching
  • Color-proof sign-off per batch

Stage Four

Special Effects & Finishing

This is where a printed sheet starts to feel premium. We apply matte or gloss lamination, spot UV coating, soft-touch texture, foiling or embossing — either alone or layered as a texture hybrid — to match the unboxing experience you want.

  • Matte / gloss lamination
  • Spot UV, foiling & embossing
  • Texture-hybrid finishes on request

Stage Five

Die-Cutting & Finishing

Printed sheets go under the die to be cut, creased and stripped into their final shape, then folded and glued where needed. Every finished box is inspected for crease strength, edge quality and fit before it leaves the floor.

  • Precision die-cutting & creasing
  • Folding and gluing
  • Fit & crease-strength inspection

Finished boxes are counted, packed for transit and dispatched on the schedule agreed at quoting — with tracking shared so your team always knows where the shipment stands, right up to the day it lands on your dock.

  • Carton-counted & transit-packed
  • On-time dispatch to schedule

Why it matters

Why Brands Trust Our Packaging Process

A fixed six-stage process means fewer surprises between your first sketch and your first shipped order.

01

Quality-checked at every hand-off

Design, print, and die-cut stages are each signed off before the job moves forward, so errors get caught early, not after the print run.

02

Turnaround you can plan around

Because the six stages run on a fixed sequence, we can quote a realistic timeline from first proof to final delivery — and hold it.

03

Materials chosen for the job

We recommend paper, board and finish based on how your box will actually be shipped, shelved and opened — not a one-size-fits-all default.
